Hi, just want question. My SE P1i is practically a new one (I bought it in December) but the little camera bottom is going unpainting. I mean I can see in the perimeter the plastic material which is made. Any help to change this bottom, where I can find a housing for P1i?

Hi Dorman,

I’ve had my phone for almost a year now and given its fair share of beatings in that time, but only recently have I started to see visible scratches on the exterior.

Either you’re treating your phone very harshly and are scrubbing off the paint or there’s a manufacturers defect with your unit.

I have not seen any replacement housings available for the Sony Ericsson P1i, you may be able to contact Sony Ericsson directly and send in your unit for repair. If it’s a major concern I’d give them a call.
